Our Bring Your Own Jacket Customization service is available for both Youth and Adult jackets, allowing you to personalize a jacket you already love.

This purchase covers customization of one jacket supplied by you. It does not include a new jacket.

Designed for smaller jackets, our Youth customization options bring the same creativity and personal expression to a child’s favorite piece.

From school spirit and favorite colors to hobbies, interests, and meaningful details, Mac creates a design suited to the jacket’s size, available space, and construction.

Adult Jacket Customization

Transform your favorite adult jacket into a personalized statement piece. Whether your style is bold, playful, western-inspired, sporty, or uniquely your own, Mac creates a composition that reflects your personality and story.

Your jacket’s fabric, construction, condition, and available space determine what can be applied. Patch sizes, quantities, and placement are confirmed as part of the final design.

Youth jackets may require smaller patches, adjusted placement, or fewer design elements to accommodate their proportions.

Each customization is thoughtfully arranged around the individual garment.

Before you order

Please send Mac clear front and back photographs of your jacket, along with close-ups of any existing details or areas of concern.

Wait for confirmation that your jacket is suitable before purchasing customization or sending it.

Share your favorite colors, interests, and anything you would love included or avoided. For Youth jackets, parents or guardians are welcome to share the child’s favorite themes, colors, activities, or interests.

Mac will guide the design around your jacket.

Any additional quoted work is discussed before you approve it.

Sending your jacket to Mac

After your order is arranged, Mac provides the delivery instructions.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the shipment to Mac.

Include your name and order number inside the package so your jacket can be matched to your order.

Please wait for Mac’s instructions before sending it.

Returning your finished jacket

Return shipping is charged separately at checkout using the delivery address you provide.

This charge covers the shipment from Mac back to you; it does not cover your shipment to Mac.

Design approval and timing

Production begins after your jacket has arrived and the required design approval and payment steps are complete.

Mac confirms the schedule for your order.

Your finished jacket will reflect the design agreed with Mac and the possibilities of your supplied garment.
