Send clear front and back photographs, along with any close-ups of the fabric or existing details. Mac reviews the jacket and discusses whether it is a suitable starting point.

Once your jacket is accepted, choose your design tier and share your favorite colors, interests, and meaningful details. Mac brings your ideas together and confirms the final design with you.

Send It. Make It Yours.
Follow Mac’s delivery instructions for your jacket. She creates the approved design and arranges its return when the work is complete.
BYO JACKET
The Jacket Is Yours. The Design Is Personal.
Your jacket’s fabric, construction, condition, and available space help determine what Mac can create. Share the details you would love included, and she will guide the composition around the garment.
Signature offers a more understated composition. Statement brings a fuller design with featured details. Showstopper creates a richly layered piece where the jacket allows.
The final placement and any additional costs are discussed before you approve the design.
Your order covers customization of your own jacket. A new jacket is not included.

Send Mac photos of your jacket first. She’ll check whether its material, construction, and condition make it suitable for customization.
Shipping your garment to Mac in Color and shipping the finished piece back are separate.
NEED IT SOONER?
Rush production may be available for an additional $50. If Mac accepts your rush request, your finished jacket ships within 10 business days after the final design is approved and payment is complete. Business day one begins after Mac sends the finalization email.
Rush availability is limited. Shipping time to Mac in Color for a personal jacket, and shipping time from Mac in Color to you, are separate.

WHICH ORIGINAL IS YOURS?
Somewhere on a Mac in Color original is a tiny stitched number. The first jacket is No. 001, the next No. 002, and each one after that gets a number of its own. No repeats.
Find your number, share a photo wearing your jacket, and tag @macincolorofficial. Mac will send you a $20 discount code toward your next jacket as a thank-you.

Can I send any jacket?
Please check with Mac first. Fabric, construction, condition, and existing details can affect where patches and embellishments can be applied. Send front and back photographs so she can review your jacket.
Where do I send it?
Mac provides delivery instructions after your jacket is accepted and your order is arranged. Please wait for those instructions before sending it.
Can I have a kids or youth jacket made?
Yes, kids o youth jackets have their own price point in the shop.
When does the production timeline begin?
Sending your jacket does not start production automatically. Mac confirms the schedule once your jacket has arrived and the required design approval and payment steps are complete.
